Return/Refund Policy

At this time, all sales are FINALunless the wrong product has been delivered to you or a product is delivered with clear cut defects or damages.

In a case like this, please contact dripvisionculture@gmail.com immediately and provide your order number, name of the product(s) you ordered, pictures of the exact condition that the product arrived in, as well as the condition that its packaging arrived in.

Our support team will assess whether you are eligible for a refund and will follow up with you with the next steps after we make our decision on your refund request.

Shipping Policy

Please allow around 1-2 weeks for production/shipping of all items, unless otherwise specified. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with the order. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to arrive once shipped.

How long will it take for my products to be delivered?

On average, your products will be at your door 1 and a half weeks after you place your order.

When can I expect new products to be released?

Our release schedule varies based on if we're currently in a "wave":

  • In a Wave: Expect releases every Friday at 10am.
  • Not in a Wave: Expect scattered releases as we prepare our next big rollout.

Why is our main site separate from our shop?

While streetwear is a core element of DripVision, our brand encompasses more than just clothing. To keep our shop page uncluttered, we feature other aspects of our brand, such as our photography and themed playlists, on a separate page.
